Dr. Adrian Talley

Superintendent

Dr. Adrian Talley leads Indian Prairie School District 204, where he built a comprehensive school-based mental health system and shared that model with more than 20 districts across Illinois. He was named the 2025 DuPage Educator of the Year and received the IASA Superintendent of Distinction award. Over his 30+ year career, Dr. Talley has served in leadership roles at Prince George's County Public Schools (MD), Montgomery County Public Schools (MD), and the Department of Defense Education Agency (DoDEA). He holds a B.S. from the University of Virginia, an M.A. from Boston College, and an Ed.D. from George Washington University.
