Jillian Kelton spent 22 years at Boston Public Schools, rising from school counselor to Chief of Student Support for 48,000 students across 118 schools. In that role, she provided strategic oversight of Health Services, Social Work, Opportunity Youth programs, and school safety initiatives — building the integrated student support infrastructure that districts need to connect mental health services with academic outcomes. She holds a B.A. in Sociology-Based Human Development from Connecticut College and an M.Ed. from Cambridge College.
